There are three World Cups at stake this year. One will be awarded to the winning team on July 11 in Johannesburg, and two more will be handed out on Dec. 2, when FIFA announces the hosts of the 2018 and 2022 tournaments. The United States is competing for all of them, and on Friday a delegation lead by U.S. Soccer president Sunil Gulati and national team captain Carlos Bocanegra submitted the final bid documents to the FIFA suits in Zurich in a day-long photo-op. ...more
