Dallas Cup XXXII Stadiums Games Announced

USA VS THE WORLD!
Opening Sunday, April 17 of Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXXII will feature a Super Group tripleheader at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco with three of the top US Soccer Development Academy programs against three of the top youth sides in the world.
Game one at 1:30PM will see Real Salt Lake, AZ go up against Mexican first division U18 Tigres. Next, at 3:30PM, the young talent of FC Dallas likely featuring multiple players signed to the professional roster will meet famed FC Barcelona U18.
Following the Welcome World Opening Ceremony, the evening feature game at 7:30PM will match the two-time defending English Premier League Academy Champions Arsenal FC of London against the Host Club Dallas Texans SC.
“What a marvelous opportunity for our USA Teams to match their abilities and skill against the very best teams from the world of soccer” stated Tournament Manager Randy Jones. “With three USSF Academy teams in action in the stadium and the Houston Dynamo playing Coritiba FC of Brazil at Pizza Hut Park Complex it will be a big test for those teams on Opening Day” continued Randy Jones. “An excellent opportunity for the local Dallas soccer fans to give support to the very best youth soccer players in what we feel will be a ‘bonanza’ of top soccer entertainment.”
The traditional Wednesday night games at Pizza Hut Park will have an international flavor to them with Arsenal FC taking on Club Bolivar of Bolivia at 6:30PM then Brazilian giants Corinthians Paulista face Mexico’s Tigres in a game that will likely decide who advances to the Super Group semifinals.
The semifinals will take place Friday night at Pizza Hut Park with champions being crowned in all age groups on Saturday and Sunday inside the 20,000 seat stadium.
Dr Pepper Dallas Cup is the oldest international youth soccer tournament in the United States, celebrating its 32nd year in 2011. Dallas Cup contains seven age groups from U19 to U13 level and entertains on average more than 160,000 spectators during the week. Since its inception in 1980, Dallas Cup has played host to teams and referees from over 45 states, 100 countries and 6 continents.
